Hi guys,

Has anyone come across a 133 RS with a dual exhaust system? I'm wanting to change mine and wondering if I can just get an Y pipe and a couple of back boxs and hook it up?

Cheers

Why add all that weight? It Isn't going to aid performance, if it's just for aesthetics just buy a tip black out the inside and cover the exposed end under the car [emoji4]

It ain't going to be too much extra as the rear seats will be getting stripped out :) purely for visual and sound wise more than anything just wanting to do something different as well and come away from a single piped back box.

I've now been looking at centre piping a dual tipped back box instead though don't know what to go with ha ha only thing is the cut out will still be shown from previous exhaust!

Go to spotted and ull see a thread for twin exhaust gordini and there's a pic. If it's for sound wise just make sure it's not too loud as mot will become an issue as its a nightmare to mot my twingo and it's not overly loud either!

Try Powerflow in Derby ask for a guy called Lee !!

Are you looking for an exhaust like this?

The way the exhaust has to be made is that the second exhaust has to go around the spare wheel well. Unless you fancy cutting it out and using some bracing. That's the only way that it can be done with a second functional exhaust tip.

at 0:08 in the video you can see that they've done this.

Cheers guys, I've emailed powerflow with what I'm after going to ring them tomorrow on me day off. Going to go with just one twin pipe at the mintue to see how loud it is. With the standard RS system it's loud enough so we shall see, keep you all posted!

I have a powerflow back box with twin pipe , you can reduce the size of back box - the smaller the box the more sound you produce or if you want extreme just remove back box all together & have drop pipe to twins !!
