Is that the foam or the lance ?

The foam. I can't really be of much help with the lance I'm afraid, they're all around £40-£50 and quality seems much of a muchness really. If you want some foam, I'm placing an order with Valet Pro now, so if you let me know today I'll add it to the order and give you a decent price :)

Im trying to work out if a pressure washer and the lance are worth buying

Snow foam is great fun and it definitely helps minimise the risk of swirls etc. Overall, I'd say it's well worth having but it's not essential. Having said that, on the basis of necessity, I could drive around in a battered old Escort... but that's not what I want to do ;)

Also, I don't know if you've already got a pressure washer, or not, but they are useful for a lot more than just snowfoam.

I dont have any of it everytime i go to order i think do i really think there worth the cash.

What kit are you looking at? One thing to bear in mind when choosing a pressure washer is that you don't need a powerful one for car cleaning, that should keep the cost down a bit.

The foam lance looks fine, although I've seen cheaper.

The snow foam is the only thing I can get for you and the Valet Pro PH neutral SF is widely considered as being the best snowfoam on the market, despite this, it will also work out cheaper than that one (especially with discount).

The pressure washer looks ok but I've heard bad things about the reliability of Karchers. I'm very happy with this Nilfisk and it's definitely up to the job in terms of power etc:

Is that coming with the snow foam?

No mate, it doesn't come with any snow foam but it does come with a handy detergent bottle/lance (not as pressurised as a foam lance but still works well with snow foam and does the job, just not as much foam). Again, for personal use, might be worth trying that and potentially saving yourself £40-£50 on a foam lance.
