After noticing a slight misfire and lumpy idle I decided to change my plugs. This is what I found...

Looks like I had the water ingress problem and they were not the recommended plugs either. Made sure I used some contralube when refitting to keep the water out.
 
I've had the same. Worse actually, the rusty plug took 2 hrs to get out. It's worth trying to get your spark plugs out before the end one gets too rusty.

I was doubtful when I was told it had been serviced that it would have included the spark plugs hence me changing them. My rusty one was not to hard to get out. A lot of debris around the top of the hole and around the ignition coil which I cleaned out too.
