Hi guys,

I am wondering if I could ask you all for a little help ...

On the 15th of June I will be doing a sponsored spin challenge to help a little girl with Congenital Pain Insensitivity. The money raised is being doubled by the company I work for (Diageo) and this will help buy her a special trike to help build muscle in her legs.
