Sports button?

Question how difficult would it be to fit a sports button to a twingo GT?
The idea is so I can run an economical map when normal driving and when I want to I can turn the sports button on and run a performance map?

You can’t have dual maps on the stock ECU, you’d have to go aftermarket ECU and the mapper will install a button or give you a control unit to change maps etc will all be specific for the brand you buy
