I saw a flash of red behind jeremy clarksons head at roughly 46min 27seconds.
And looking more closely this is what I saw!

These are the best I could get as stupid Iplayer scroll bar is terrible!

I didn't spot it last night when I watched it live. I re-watched it today at lunch time, and something just grabbed my attention! Mainly the red flash that went by and I got curious! Haha!
