no, you'd need the gearbox from the clio offcourse. you'll then need either custom driveshafts to fit with the twingo hub, or you can retro fit the clio hubs and suspension assembly.
as for the engine swap, that'll be the easy part as it will be a direct swap with the same mounting points and will only require a little messing around on the rear gearbox mounts. the complicated part will be setting up the electronics to work and wiring.
as for the waterpump, that's bolted onto the side of the twingo engine, not sure what made you think about the waterpump but that'll be coming out with the twingo engine. fuel injectors no no no, you'd need everything from the 2.0 clio engine > fuel injectors, throttle body, alternator so on so forth
