Firstly, congrats to your wife for beating cancer - a real good reason to celebrate and good on you for wanting to do something nice to her car.

16" wheels will be fine, as would 17" however on standard suspension I would stick to 16" with a 195/45/16 tyre all round and make sure it's no wider than 7J / 7" wide with an offset no lower than 38 and no higher than 45.

Stripes you can get on ebay, or if you have someone local who can make cut vinyl and maybe fit it as well for you, companies who do van signs and lettering can probably do this if you don't want to go down the route of doing it yourself.

Roof spoiler, again you have options on ebay and basically any Twingo spoiler will fit (Twingo II) so you could get the Renault Sport / GT one or the Cup spoiler.

Any more info just reply on here, and either myself or someone else will try and help further :)

isnt 7j to wide for car maybe 6.5 j
or put 205 50 16

A 205 50 16 personally will be too much, especially on a 6.5j wheel.

7j should be fine however if you want to be sure than a 6.5j will be fine as well, again with a 195/45/16 tyre.

now rims 16'" like man say ..17"to large to wide
but all i sow its 7j its gard to find 6 or 6.5 j..

They do exist, where have you looked? Ebay should list loads of 6.5 x 16" 4x100 wheels.

Just type this into the search: 4x100 6.5 x 16

That for me threw up loads of options, just make sure the offset (ET) is correct.

tooday i put 16 7j tire 195 50 16 et 37 still insaide and have to much space tire and ving must i put him dow?

Do you mean the wheel is inside the arch too much? Shouldn't be with those specifications...

If you mean too much gap between tyre and arch, again there shouldn't be. What size tyres were on it before? And wheel size? A 195/50/16 is going to be overall larger than what came off the car. I did also recommend above using a 195/45/16 tyre and NOT a 195/50/16 for that exact reason. Overall size is too large and will just make the car itself higher as it's on standard suspension.

i got now 15" 185 55 15" whit et 36 you sow above picture yea there gap betwen tire and wing ;i can do lower car and use spacers for wheels maybe 20mm

Yeah, just make sure they are hubcentric spacers with either longer bolts or ones that you bolt to the hub, and then bolt the wheel to the spacer...
