Twingo been reversed into, now wont start

Some to55er has reversed in the Twingo and disappeared. Only noticed when j went out to get something out of the boot and the indicators didn't flash, noticed the bump then had to use key to get in!!! And it won't start and ideas???

How bads the damage?
Symptoms sound just like a flat battery

No real damage, but lights and the like work, just won't even turn over, indicators won't work, and central locking also won't work so I can even lock the thing.

Fuse 8 pulled and its running. happier bunny now, just have to track down the to55er who reversed in to it.
