I started my clio up last night and the under tray and bumper r vibrating very loudly anyone know how I can sort it as it's annoying

Are you sure it's not something fallen onto it?

Get it off. Check it. Start the car to make sure it's gone. If it hasn't then it's not that. If it has, do it back up and make sure it's done right.

I've looked and it's the intercooler shacking surly it shouldn't be doin that

Ive heard of some 200's with bolts missing from the headlights. Maybe yours has/had similar on the intercooler
