disks look fine mate pads got a bit of meat left on them can do u a thew hundred miles or more.
 
Front driver looks very low... im tempted to change all the pads and leave the disks for now
 
What do the insides look like? With single piston calipers, the inner pad and disc face often wears slightly more than the outer.

By the looks of things, front pads could do with replacing soon. So long as the inside pad is no worse, it shouldn't be a problem unless you are hammering the brakes.
 
I'd be tempted to change the front Pads first give them a few months to bed in then change the rears.
