Windows are being installed. The rear window needs some trimming as it's too wide.
All the wiring harness has been removed from the doors as I'm removing the electric windows and mirrors, and so goes the central locking of the doors (not needed anymore anyway).

starting to look a bit like a twingo again :)

the yellow for your paint job, its that gonna be a standard yellow or renault's liquid yellow?

Standard yellow as it has to be a covering, and I want to do a theme which reminds of the 1980s F1 Turbo cars, so no Sirius Yellow back then.

even better than liquid yellow

I like the "signs of life" comment Singlespeed, sums it up nicely :p

It still needs a downpipe from Ktec (Renault begin totally incompetent to provide us with e Clio 172 Cup downpipe, they've sent 5 times the wrong part, so we're going to use a Ktec downpipe connected to the rest of my original Inoxline exhaust) until I get a double fully custom exhaust built next winter.

Seat brackets aren't done yet apparently, and we'll install the mirrors once I'll be seating in the car in order to adjust them properly for me.

I Should be able to bring it back to France at the end of the month, and the work on the electronics will start on August 15th (the guy is on holidays before that).

Really hoping to be able to track it in September on the Nordschleife, and then do 2-3 french tracks before the winter to test some stuff on it and fine tune the setup.

Sorry if i missed it, but did you manage to weigh out the old glass? and how much the new plastic ones save ?

I did have their PDF with weights of the items that they sold for the Twingo but cant find it, boot doors was a heck of a lot in savings
