I haven't been on here much since the pfc expo. Since then I have changed job and driving 50ish miles a day to work instead of 10, so quickly realised the Twingo wasn't doing me any favours, comfort and fuel wise. I wanted a diesel but something sporty and lots of tech. Long story short...

Your insurance would be void. You can't take out an insurance policy if you blatantly know the details are incorrect. Tell the insurance company it's a vxr corsa and if they still can't find it on the system then there is definitely something dodgy about the plates.

I have a K&N and I can agree. The noise is fantastic. It makes the already throaty 2k-3k rpm range a lot more noticeable. If you go onto my progress thread I think there's a picture of it installed.

I ended up going. Impromptu decision made by one of my mates in a civic ek9. It was a good show. Didn't see any of you guys though.

I just picked up a Ktec cat back exhaust for mine. £39.09 off ebay. If you keep searching there are bargains to be had. On the noise sound, if you want something that is not overly loud but gives a nice sound I can recommend the ktec system.

It's been a quite a while since I have updated this and there have been a few updates. In the run upto FCS, I managed to clay the car, colour code the rear boot trim, wrap the front end and apply the personal reg. FCS was ace, met some great people had fun with the hotels and a big thanks...

Where can I get that gasket from? Renaults parts directory did not list it for some reason. Which clamp are you referring to, is it the one oscar mentioned?

I managed to get a Ktec Cat Back exhaust second hand on ebay for £40, bargain. However I have a few questions on fitting it, if someone could be kind enough to help? I need a new down pipe/ manifold gasket. I have been to renault today and ordered a gasket although it was not what I thought it...

I have seen the one at kfc and I occasionally see a black and grey rs on the orbital.

I think I saw it in cannock behind pound land a few weeks ago? The black and yellow looks good :)
