I think de-badging started in the late 80's when logo's and badges weren't exactly beauties. Now they look much better, like the Renault Sport logo on the rear, it looks good! But I think it would also look good if it would be de-badged. The most stupid modifications I see today are: removal of logo's while the background curves are visible, grills with stainless mesh, wipers in white of with lights on it...

That isn't a Z4 it's an M Coupe.

Or is it I've now confused myself as the photo ain't that good can't tell the wing vent....
