I have a 133 and average 41.5 mpg on motorway at 60mph (not trying to behave) when I'm driving around town and do little motorway I can get under 33mpg easy with 28 being worst. All in all these cars are shite around town and anything over 70mph kills the mpg

My car has rubber bung removed and this does not affect the driving of the car. If u have the standard exhaust, I found cutting out silencers made the car better lower done the revs.

Getting a whine noise from behind my battery near bulkhead roughly in my cup and is only noticeable when stationery. It honestly sounds slightly like a supercharger wine but sadly it isn't :( any one got any ideas? Car drives perfect no problems at all. Thanks in advance

It can be done and it has been but u need some mad skills or a few £ behind u. I'd go megane 225 engine all the way and remap and few goodies would get you 300 bhp, in a twingo. That will upset a few bmw owners at the lights.... :)

I would start with the fuses first I could be wrong but I doubt a blown bulb would cause this.

Yeah my mrs megane is the 1.6 same as twingo rs just 100hp tho and her intervals are 18months or 18k miles.

Go to spotted and ull see a thread for twin exhaust gordini and there's a pic. If it's for sound wise just make sure it's not too loud as mot will become an issue as its a nightmare to mot my twingo and it's not overly loud either!
