    B Pillar Peeling

Hey there, Seems like the drivers door b pillar material has started peeling and it looks nasty. Looking at other posts on here the hair dryer method is the best route, however I also have the CUP badge on the door. Am I right in assuming that the CUP badge has been glued onto the b pillar...

    Lower Balljoint Shield

It's definitely a good idea. Anyone who experiences the balljoint dilemma should seriously go down that route....the only way to extend the lifespan. If you did make up a kit you can bet your bottom dollar there'd be plenty of demand on here.

    Lower Balljoint Shield

Oh thanks mate. That sounds good, from what I've seen so far the parts aren't too expensive but it would be a big help either way. Josh

    Lower Balljoint Shield

Probably going to sound like a bit of a numpty but how do you purchase the heatshields/bolts etc?? I've logged onto the ecatalog site hoping to just buy them off there but it won't go any further than putting items in shopping cart. Hrabroslav what process did you go through to buy the parts...

    Black 133 Pontypridd / Porth

Delayed reply I know.... Yeah I've seen that car both in the same area too, I'm 100% certain the person who owns it works in Halfords Pontypridd as I only saw it parked up in the staff area on Sunday. Caught my attention as its the same colour as mine, except mines without stickers.

    Deep Scratch Body Repair

Thanks for the response either way, but as waitey suggested i'd much rather save up and get it done properly. Only because if I made a mess of it that would do my head in lol. I did seriously think about a vinyl or sticker bomb wrap design that covers up the scratch but i fear it might make it...

    Brakes

Thanks mate. Yeah its definitely not that bad. will keep an ear out over the next few days and see what happens, taking it back under warranty for knocking steering noise so will definitely be getting them to look at that as well.

    Brakes

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I've noticed a grinding noise coming from the brakes too, but strangely they feel really sharp when used. I've always assumed if they 'feel' fine then it must be dirt or something.....will check the calipers tomorrow morning to see how much is left on the...

    Deep Scratch Body Repair

Ai I've seen a few examples of cars coming out of the baking oven and looked real good. I'm thinking bit like Caz though, in terms of getting it repaired and then having another panel keyed, it would destroy me LOL. On plus side I've got a real good surveillance system set up now and find that I...

    congratulations seb!

Cant wait to get this season over and done with. The V6 turbo era will be very interesting, ok admittedly alot of races might involve fuel saving but the design changes could really shake up the grid. As always there will be some big name casualties next year and it'll be interesting to see...

    Deep Scratch Body Repair

Oscar: thats a cracking job mate. Thats true, preparation is key, guess im jus gona have to go out on the limb and make a decision. I can always refuse to pay if the work is crap anyway lol

    congratulations seb!

Yeah 25k for doughnuts and nothing done to the endless drivers who drove off the limits of the track. If anybody tried that on a time trial in a game the time would be invalidated. Bring back the old skwl tracks with little runoffs.

    Deep Scratch Body Repair

Wow 700 quid, that sounds like too much. So far ive been quoted twice at around 320 quid and another two at 120 and 170. Out of all the bodyshops the 170 option has the most car turnover. Mark: yeah chips away are a bit hit and miss, they r franchised if i remember rightly?? So like you said...
