Welcome! IMO white is the winner hands down ;) and as for MPG I can't seem to get much more than 25ish (thats probably more down to my driving style apparently!)

When I had my 306 I changed the washer jets to a wide spray ones a bit like the ones in the below link but they weren't quite so ugly. These i think look really old fashioned :/ I dunno about them fitting ok on the twingo, I doubt they would as nothing is ever simple with the twingo lol...
