If anything, these photos have made me realise that my iPhone has a terrible camera.

Anyway, a better shot - really liking these alloys.

Gosh it's been a while since I've been on here, and various things have changed!

Having owned my GT for a year now, she was due an MOT and flew through without any issues. She also got a service, now she is at 24k.

My friend donated a Forge recirculating valve to me to see if it made any difference to the car. I'm not entirely sure it has, but it's nice and shiny if nothing else.

I've also had some stickers printed to promote my photography whilst at shows. If you haven't already done so, check out my work at www.facebook.com/shotbysw4ns

I finally, and rather unexpectedly, decided to invest in some AP coilovers. Whilst the ride is significantly improved, I found that the rears didn't sit very low but the fronts sat extremely so. As such, my friend who fitted the coilovers removed the adapter rings from the rears and heightened the front ever so slightly.

I also invested in some fresh paint. Visiting Autoworx Developments, the foglight surrounds and the spokes of my Lenso RS5s were sprayed gloss black, whilst my calipers and rear drums were sprayed a custom purple.

16mm Spacers were added to the rear wheels to add a little stance, so this is how she currently sits;

I currently have some custom center overlays being made

looks really cool man, certainly looks as aggressive as a GW-133. this affirms why i'd take a GT over the 133 everytime, every place. beautiful example you've got there sir :)

That's a not too shabby looking GT you got there! :D

Think you did a good choice with the coilovers. I like the spacers in the rear, they give a nice effect. I used to have spacers on the rear wheels of my Wind and although it looked a lot better it also made the back end more sideways happy and it also rubbed a little.

Since the winter started alst year, I haven't bothered reinstalling them again.

I have totally neglected this thread, although not a lot has changed. I now have spacers on the front and back, and the coilovers have finally settled;

With the ap coilovers did you fit the original rubber spring tops rather than the adjuster?

Yeh I know what you mean I have the same coilovers and have considered removing the metal adjuster. It will obviously go abit lower and I think the adjuster causes knocking sounds with it been metal on metal.

I had to remove the adjusters for the back to look any different from the 30mm drop springs I bought from another member on here. Bit of a kick in the teeth!
