So the car is dead again [emoji22] doing be exact same thing as before cutting all power. Seems like swapping the file over was just a short fix.

Getting slightly fed up with it now lol

Damn.... Surely just a faulty sensor or wire somewhere?...

More convinced it a problem within the map file is I’m completely honest

Don’t think a sensor would bring up a computer electric fault

Id like to keep the twingo ecu for the electronics to work.. that’s Why I like the turbo setup on stock Engine.

The only thing that does not work in the car is servotronic :) i dont need it.

What is servotronic haha. Is the meg ecu capable of controlling all the twingo electronics like gauges, AC etc?

Power steering :D Why not, here you can make your own opinion about that

I do like my power steering hahaha. Im already buying little parts here and there for the 1.6 turbo setup. Should be 200hp with stock exhaust and once a 2.5” system is one it should be closer to 220/230

Can you use the clio 4 rs turbo? I think it will be a optimal turbo for this type of engine. Not to big not to small.

I will be using the megane 2 RS turbo (td04 14t) at around 0.5 bar to keep it safe for the engine. Should have full boost at around 3K rpm so it will drive like a NA car

I have run a few turbo cars in my time so know all the standard parts I would need. I need to know which parts are being used for this specific conversion. And I'll get collecting parts as well.

Custom manifold, turbo unit itself, injectors, map sensor (megane should be fine), intercooler and pipework, air filter set up, exhaust system to suit think that’s about it?

You’d need to run an oil feed and return into the sump of course and then coolant hoses for the turbo too I guess

Thanks hmmm thinking to do.

Ill be trying to fit the f4rt manifold and downpipe. These should fit with some modifications.

I will Also be running stock exhaust without resonators to start with and eventually get a full custom Engine back line.

The flange on the f4rt manifold is different to the k4m and the k4m is steel whereas the f4rt is cast iron, so not sure how that would work?

I had 2 gaskets overlayed and they don’t differ al too much. Different spacing of the bolts and maybe some minor work to the tubing or flange and it should all fit.

Fair enough, I had the two manifolds side by side not too long ago and looked a bit out. I’ve got a spare k4m head and 225 manifold so may have a look during the week if I get time. Might help you out a little bit!

Would highly appreciate if you would mate! I can get the mani for basicly free so it’s worth the shot for me as the potential money saving is quite big!

Some pictures of the megane manifold up against a k4m head. Would need shifting over a bit, ports look fairly similar. Good option for cheap manifold if it does fits!
