few questions... when cold its an absolute pig to drive, and I don't mean 172/197 pig I mean worse, any of you have this issue or does it get better with time? part throttle for example when cruising on the motorway its very jerky you either have to speed up or slow down to get it running...

got a set of 172 16's done a DIY refurb on them about 6 months ago and never got round to getting tyres for them so they have sat in the garage since. painted in silver, good condition £120 collected from Central Scotland

Got fk hubcentric spacers, 30mm per axel so 15mm per wheel but i need shorter wheel bolts, i know some people here run spacers so was wondering what they are running? I dont fancy modifying 16 wheelbolts altho i do have spares, its just the hastle, was thinking of going for a stud and nut conversion

as the title, patern part companies list the 1.2 16v and 1.2 TCE as using the same shaft, turns out they dont so this doesnt fit, i bought it of ebay from a 2010 car that was being broken, low miles, joints are all in perfect condition, one of the CV boots has a little nick in it but nothing...
