My Twingo 1.2 started making very noticeable creaking, rubbing noises a month ago and was coming from the right wheel; I had it checked in the Renault garage I worked at and there was no problem with the ball-joints, top mounts or colmn etc. they decided to grease up all the rubber joints etc...

The facelift has a much smaller boot renault badge aswell as my mums RS facelift is very small so these won't fit both the back or the front! So don't buy them

My 1.2 on 17" RS alloys, no problems with wear on suspension or anything having recently reverted to my old wheels for the time being seem to be getting better mpg with my 17"!!! Seems crazy, handling is far superior and feels safer in corners plus they look brill if u want to stick with oem! :)...

That's your opinion though I have access to both and would rather drive mine, it makes me very happy and I was dissapointed with the RS again that's my opinion! In no way does that mean I think it's a rubbish car it just made me realise I would love to have a clio 200 one day as its such a lot...

I'm comparing a normal RS to a cupped RS they r exactly the same wheelbase width, but over the GT the RS is 60mm wider track than the normal twingos

No it's exactly the same with just stiffer springs, dampers, lowered by 4mm more over standard RS and 17" wheels there's nothing else added to make it handle better,

The cup chassis is a slightly lower ride height (4mm) and stiffened springs and bigger 17" wheels theres nothing that you couldn't do to a normal 133 or gt if you could find a set
